Rice stuffing for thanks giving
with baked pumpkin. good gluten free alternative for thanks giving regular dish : )
saute onion, carrot and celery, and add leftover brown rice, add some vegetable broth or water and cook. while bake some winter squash till soft. very simple recipe : )
