My mission is to introduce more people to the joy and pleasure of cooking. It doesn't have to be time-energy-money consuming. With a little kitchen makeover and practice, you can make healthy-tasty-easy dishes w/o recipes. I also like to introduce "good things" from my country, Japan. Join my cooking classes and experience the joy of food!

Liver friendly dishes : )
Spring is the season for "cleansing".
The liver resonates this upward, outward and young energy, and becomes most active to cleanse the blood.
excess fat, sugar, protein, alcohol, chemicals all muddy the blood, and put extra stress on the liver.
so in this class, we made "no fry pumpkin/rice croquette" to satisfy the crave for deep fried food.
also made "early spring cleansing soup" to promote liver's function.
"freshness" and natural sour taste nourishes the organ : )
smile to your liver~!
