July Class #2 7/23 wed. "Minerals in Summer"
It's especially important to replenish minerals in summer since we dehydrate more in heat.
Develop "alkaline forming" diet (whole natural plant based) as your core daily diet, and include more mineral rich foods such as seaweeds, miso, soy sauce, umeboshi plum and good quality of sea salt : )
This month's menu
1 seaweed grape fruit salad
2 stir fried summer veggies with curry sauce
3 Japanese summer noodle (somen) with dipping sauce
4 Kanten sweet tofu with traditional Japanese toppings
