9/27 Saturday class. Nourishing dishes for Earth organs.
1 Millet cake w/ mushroom kuzu sauce
2 Kale salad with creamy hijiki dressing
3 Sweet corn and squash soup
4 Kinton, Japanese sweet potato and azuki balls
This month's cooking focused on "natural sweetness", which nourishes stomach-pancreas-spleen (Earth organs).
These are good for any related conditions from digestive problems, fatigue, sugar craving,pancreatic problems, frequent infections, weakened immune etc.
Develop healthier and more sensitive taste bud so you can appreciate this "subtle" and gentle sweetness : )
