Cup Cake
i love sweets.
but i never liked cup cakes.
they are just too sweet. i cannot even believe why people can even eat those food.(sorry)
but this cup cake at M cafe, of course they don't use dairy, eggs, white flour, sugar.
it was slightly sweet (using maple syrup or brown rice syrup), moist and satisfying yet not heavy after eating.
finally! my kind of cup cake!!
one of the best veggie burger
when i go to a burger shop (which is very rare), my only choice is veggie burger.
sometimes fish burger, if they have any.
but usually, tastes horrible....
even on the airplane, i order "vegetarian meal", and they serve veggie burger, too.
at M cafe, i finally found a fabulous one that i really enjoyed : )
the patty is made of brown rice, beans and veggies.
and it's called "Big Macro".--- as opposed to big mac.
M Cafe in LA
went to LA last week, as well as palm springs.
this time i stayed at a hotel with no kicthen, so ate out most of the time.
only thing i brought with me was
rice ball for the flight
umeboshi (one every morning, to keep my digestive function in check)
3 year miso (as a medicine)
anyway, since LA is big in Macrobiotics, so why not enjoying all the places?
the first place we went to for lunch was M cafe in west hollywood.
OMG!
this seitan cutlet rice bowl was amazing!
