Rice crispy treat : )
ive been so hungry lately.
is this "liver stagnation"? "spleen emptiness"?
whatever it is, i just need to eat all day long!
and i made this quick treat.
brown rice puff, roasted seeds, peanut butter, almond butter,miso, sea salt, and brown rice syrup.
turned out really nice and fullfilling!

sure you can eat at joe's stone crab, if you can afford.
but guess what?
they have take out place!
so we got stone crab, and made some dishes, got some wines, and ate at the patio in the hotel.
much nicer and yes, more affordable!!
salad was my favorite, even if i say so myself.
watercress, steamed carrot, florida tomato, avocado, with simple dressing. yum!
the other dish is whole wheat pasta with mushroom and zucchini : )

now half way into May, union square farmer's market, my favorite place in new york, is in full bloom!
asparagus is in season, of course.
more greens, such as ramps, green onions, chives, garlic chives, broccoli rabes, bok choy, collard and kales, even some arugula!
for flowers, tulips and hyacinth gave way to lilacs, iris, and
every week, something new!!
