1 carrot fennel and orange salad
2 garlic sauted brussels sprouts and broccoli
3 kabocha pumpkin, celery and potato salad
4 apple cranberry sauce (no sugar)
5 seitan picatta
also tempeh & rice stuffing (vegan, gluten free)

holiday dish class part 2.
this month, we made
1 tempeh & rice stuffing (no butter, eggs, chicken stock or white bread)
2 apple and pear crumbles (sugar free, vegan)
* made two types, gluten free version and whole wheat version
3 cashew cream

Tempeh & rice stuffing.
No butter, eggs, chicken stock or white bread.
Dessert was kabocha (pumpkin) coconut pudding.
Also no dairy, eggs or refined sugar.
