With a little kitchen makeover and practice, you can make healthy-tasty-easy dishes w/o recipes. I also like to introduce "good things" from my country, Japan. Monthly vegan/macro cooking class 11/6 tuesday
Tempeh & rice stuffing.
No butter, eggs, chicken stock or white bread.
Dessert was kabocha (pumpkin) coconut pudding.
Also no dairy, eggs or refined sugar.
Healthier dishes for thanks giving and other holiday parties : )
