Holiday Cooking Class 11/10 saturday
holiday dish class part 2.
this month, we made
1 tempeh & rice stuffing (no butter, eggs, chicken stock or white bread)
2 apple and pear crumbles (sugar free, vegan)
* made two types, gluten free version and whole wheat version
3 cashew cream
