Cooking Class 6/21 saturday "Fifty Shades of Greens" #2
The first day of summer!
Nature is telling us to eat more greens this time of the year, which stimulates our detox function(liver), and cool down our heart, which could be overheated in summer.
There are variety of ways to enjoy greens, and these are some of them, including traditional Japanese style.
