My Core Food
still, my breakfast was the "core food". after bancha-twig tea with umeboshi plum, brown rice porridge, miso soup, along with saurkraut and kale miso(from Macrobiotic restaurant in honolulu).
and surely this kept me healthy during the vacation : )
