Sea salt making
Salt Pond Beach on the couth shore, there was this small seasalt field, where people were producing sea salt.
not commercially anymore, only for their own use.
but wouldn't that be great if you can make your own sea salt?
this is solar evapolating, using the sea water right from the ocean.
can it be more "locavore" ?
