Miso marinated Cod
marinate fresh cod in a mixture of miso, mirin overnight. then pan fry or bake it. garnish with chopped scallion. great japanese dish : )

that cod sounds delicious! Are there specific measurements of mirin and miso to make this?
i usually do not measure, but something like 1/2 cup mirin or sake and 1tbs of miso. if you need a little sweetness, you can add a bit of apple juice, too.
