Vegan Lasagna!



turned out so well!
tomato sauce, recipe from "Mayumi's Kitchen"
and for stuffing, i made tofu mixture with watercress.
great with wine : )

your fall pictures are so beautiful. it is starting to look like the inside of a fire here too- yellow, red, brown... that lasagna looks tasty.
