enjoying spring greens : )
every weekend, something new comes out at union square farmer's market, that is, spring veggies.
after a long winter, eating storable veggies such as roots and onions, finally greens are available : )
sauteed broccoli rabe with onion and fried tofu.
just the color is so appetizing!
