With a little kitchen makeover and practice, you can make healthy-tasty-easy dishes w/o recipes. I also like to introduce "good things" from my country, Japan. Special feast
Macrobiotics can be really fun and delicious! here I made millet burger, carrot/nut dish, Indian chick pea/veggie dish, daikon top with dried daikon, udon noodle in miso soup. what a feast!
