a typical dinner
typical macrobiotic dinner. whole grains, variety of vegetables(usually about 10 kinds), bean dish, miso soup, pickles, sea vegetables.
Macrobiotic is about eating in "balance". Eat variety of food to satisfy your nutritional need and your soul : )
