when eating diet low in fiber ---yes! typical modern american diet!--,bad bacterias thrive in the intestines, and very likely develops constipation.
and when you are having this condition for a long time, the fat and other waste flow back to the liver again!
eating foods high in fiber, such as whole grains, vegetables, sea vegetables on a daily basis is a sure-fire way to prevent constipation and nurture this hard-working organ : )
