Crave for Oily/Greasy food?
another crave when the liver is tired is , oily greasy foods.
french fries, fried calamali, onion rings, or whatever deep fry is appealing to you?
again, TLC to your liver!
cut down on fatty food such as oil, nuts, nuts butter for a while and give the liver some rest : )
use less oil and cook with water instead.
how about miso soup?
or water saute veggies, nishime stew, pressed salad,...
