even when it's burnt



forgot to use deflector!
i burnt the bottom of the brown rice in pressure cooker.
but not to waste : )
i made a simple risotto.
nutty flavor, sort of...

I had that struggle a while too, eating too much brown rice. I started eating whole oats or steal cut oat porridge in the mornings with cinnamon and raisins or apples. I eat this with steamed greens. It is now my favorite breakfast. Quinoa is good too.
