Buckwheat soup



Buckwheat has been staple in Russia, Eastern Europe.
This winter grain(strong yang) keeps you warm from inside, so it's perfect for cold winter days!
Soak a few hours, then easy to cook.
boil in dashi stock, add some veggies, season with soy sauce or miso.
tasty and hearty : )
