this month, the theme was "Surviving flu season". foods rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. easy to digest regulates blood sugar level and nourishing for exhausted organs/systems especially orange/red/yellow colored veggies are high in vitamin A, which protects from infections. and dark leafy greens such as kale are high in antioxidant and fiber.
