New Year "detox" dishes

after weeks of over-eating/drinking, our system must be so exhausted! what we may want now is foods rich in vitamins/minerals/fiber, foods that regulates blood sugar level, and nourishes our organs and system. here we made 1 sweet vegetable soup (nourishing for pancreas) 2 kale-grain salad (good for liver)
