7/24 Wednesday cooking class

We reviewed the basic knife skill first, and practiced "match stick" with carrot. (also known as "Julienne". And made 1 Arame seaweed and bean salad with sour ume plum dressing 2 Miso-basil pesto 3 Zucchini pasta (with the pesto) 4 Refreshing summer rhubarb drink Also we talked about how we can cope with the heat more easily using "Yin and Yang" principle while cooking. *and I forgot to take a group photo!
