Aji Gohan --- flavoerd rice
this dish reminds me of my mother's cooking : ) cook rice with shitake mushroom, kombu, and soy sauce. you can also add some root veggies such as carrot, gobo, lotus root etc. all in one dish, and tastes soooooo good!
