yes, sometimes i crave deep fried food.
this is deep fried Fu, whole wheat, bread-like gluten food.
my friend said, "wow, this tastes like a pork chop!"
sauce is apple/miso.
only problem is.... to take care of used cooking oil.
is there any place that collects it in the city???

Where do they sell fu in the US? I haven't been able to find it anywhere...it looks good :)
