using leftover tempeh pate i made the previous night, i made this "crab cake".
juts form a cake, coat with whole wheat flour and panko, and pan fry. that's all.
and it really does taste like crab cake!
only, it was kind of crumbly... any idea to hold it firm???

I am so excited to read this! I loved crab cakes when I still ate meat ( I live in Baltimore, so crab cakes are everywhere..) I really want to try this recipe!

sort of, nice crunchy-ness, w/o deep frying : )
