quick fix



when i don't have much time--or energy- to cook, i just make this "whatever fried rice", using whatever in the fridge.

i had
carrot
scallion
chick pea(cooked)
gobo
and left over rice(brown and black)

saute everything with dash of sesame oil, and add dashi stock and soy sauce.
splinkle nori on top and done!
delicious fried rice : )

ate with leftover miso soup and pickled sunchoke.
perfect quick sunday lunch!
