semi-fasting on the new moon



this was the lunch menu.
azuki and brown rice (azuki nurtures kidneys)
miso soup with root veggies and scallion, wakame seaweed.
pressed cabbage
kimpira (saute and simmer) gobo and carrot
and natto with grated daikon

small portion, and this was the last meal of the day!
