to cerebrate the arrival of new season, i made sprout/couscous/bean salad with almond miso dressing.
the bean is from a biodynamic winery in napa, Robert Sinskey.
--yes, this winery is growing lots of produce biodynamically.
and the sprout is from an organic farm in new york : )
